Membership Information and Sign up form
The Sign up form for membership is available below.  So is the Official "Flyer" to be used
to distribute at shows, post in hobby shops, etc...

The signup form and Flyer {ver. 3b} are PDF files that requires Acrobat reader freeware. PDF is a universal document program that takes all versions of word programs, professional graphics, photos, magazines [Finescale Railroader uses PDF documents for their on line magazine].  The nice
thing about Adobe Acrobat reader is that it works on all operating systems so you can have a Mac, and IBM clone, run Linux, Windows 95 or any other version of Windows.  Universal!

Click below to access the freeware version.  Download it and let it self extract on to your computer.  You only have to know what operating system you are using.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact Myself at

Thanks!

NOTE: these are large files and will take awhile to download.

There are a couple of new pages here.  Click on Layouts and you will find several of the current member's layout links.

Also, the logo work for shirts will be started.  This will be a stitched version of the logo that will be able be put on golf shirts, denim, etc.  Currently, the classic green golf shirt will be the first run of official shirts.  Email your requests for shirt types.  Cost of shirts are dependent on which ones you order.  Hats will be available also.

There is also some discussion as to T shirts.  Color?

Committee work is making some progress.  Publications Committee has a database under development.  For any existing ISLSMR member that has not yet done so, please go to the following site and test the new database:

Currently, there has been some questions regarding renewal memberships.  This centers mostly on the existing Founding Members and future membersThoughts and questions from Mr. Ennis:

1. How long does a Founding Member's hundred bucks provide membership?
What will be their recurring dues once that time period expires?

2 - Same questions for Charter Members.

3 - How are Member Numbers to be formatted, and where will they start?

Dwight's reccomendations:

Founding Members = FM-nnnnnn assigned alphabetically by last name.
Charter Members = CM-nnnnnn assigned sequentially in the order their dues are received starting July 1st.
Regular Members = RM-nnnnnn also assigned sequentially in the order their dues are received starting July 1st.

This info is important to him in that he would  like to automate the Member Number field in the database to (a) ease it's use and (b) prevent
errors.
